Organizing and launching "Genesis Startup Academy 2.0 together with Meta" — an international online program on how to build, operate, and scale profitable tech businesses.

The main responsibilities — product development, creating the program for founders and C-level executives of CEE tech startups, working with international partners and speakers (Meta, AWS, Horizon Capital, Flyer One Ventures, AppsFlyer, Awesomic, Legal Nodes, Notion, Zendesk, etc.) implementation of promo strategy, selection, working with participants, strategic planning.

Key results currently: about 3000 applications received from 60+ countries, 600+ passed tests, 126 startups made it to the Interview stage, of which the top 50 participants were selected for the program. The Academy is set to continue until November, 2022.

Project Manager < Coaching and coordinating at Schools of Volunteering

Managing all-Ukrainian 9-month educational course "Agents of Volunteering" on developing volunteering in every region of Ukraine.

The main responsibility — everyday communication with 50 selected participants, working with 5 program mentors and more than 30 speakers. Strategy​ ​planning of the project, activity and resource planning, delivering the project within time and budgets, moderating and organizing events and educational modules in 5 different cities, managing reports and necessary documentation.

Furthermore, managing a volunteer team of up to 10 people and full-cycle organizing of "Change camp" — 5-day program about volunteering for 100+ participants from all over Ukraine.

Key results: 200 000 people have learned about volunteering, 5000+ Ukrainians have tried volunteering, Agents have worked with 150 local partners (business, local authority, NGO).
