It was my pleasure to join the Plann Ads, a data-driven digital marketing agency. During 6 months together with the team, we managed to adapt the best project management practices into day to day operations. Made upgrade of accounting and financials. Finally developed a more smooth and precise process for customer engagement and briefing.

Project description: The Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative Information Technology Initiative and Enhancement (USAI ITIE) is an initiative intended to increase the defense capacity of the Ukrainian Army by implementing modern IT solutions to improve and automate the existing processes. Our team is improving medical area by adapting and developing existing product Doctor Eleks to the real existing processes and needs.
Responsibilities:
• Work with a large number of stakeholders in the international team of the program, US Government, US private companies, Ukraine ministry of Defense.
• Antiterrorism (AT) / Operational Security (OPSEC) training certification.
• Resource planning, schedule development and ongoing updating, estimated time and cost of the project from scratch.
• Balanced workload of the team working on several projects.
• Monitored all aspects of project quality, provided risk assessment, issue management, and project reporting.
• Delivered all features on time and within the planned budget.
• Prepared proposal for system update and support.
• Was involved in the process of requirements determination and validated them with end users.

Startup: Instawash, Lviv, Ukraine.
Project description: The aim of the project was to develop and implement carwash booking service.
Responsibilities:
• Performed problems identification.
• Created MVP design according to the lean methodology.
• Was responsible for engagement of the first customers.
• Developed S&M and business strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Planned and organized CEO’s work schedule.
• Represented company in Lviv IT-BPO Cluster.
• Held the position of the Head of Ethical and Audit committee in Lviv IT-BPO Cluster.
• Interacted with local authorities.

Startup: FastOrder, Lviv, Ukraine.
Project description: Our team had a task to provide an IT solution for the US transportation system market.
