I played a key role in building the #1 co-living company in Los Angeles within just three years. Starting from scratch, I led market research, brand creation, website development, and built a back-office team.
One of my primary focuses was creating a culture of knowledge, where everyone was eager to learn and contribute to the success of the company. I was heavily involved in business development and product development, and after launch, I provided leadership and vision to ensure that the organization had the necessary operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to scale effectively. This included overseeing marketing initiatives, public communications and relations, sales management, and developing relationships with schools, universities, and other partners. I also played a key role in A/B testing new ideas, building internal tools, and adapting new IT solutions for workflow optimization. Additionally, I led content creation for all sales channels.
